Refund Policy

1. Cancellation and Refund Terms

Coaching sessions and programmes can be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Cancellations made after 7 days are subject to the terms below.

2. Cancellation Before Service Delivery

If you cancel before your first session is scheduled:

Cancellation within 7 days of booking: Full refund (minus any payment processing fees)
Cancellation after 7 days: No refund, but you may reschedule without additional charge

3. Session Rescheduling

Sessions can be rescheduled with 48 hours' notice at no additional cost. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged in full.

4. Refund for Partially Completed Programmes

If you purchase a multi-session programme (6-week or 12-week) and wish to stop after beginning:

Refunds are issued on a pro-rata basis for uncompleted sessions
Sessions begun but not completed are non-refundable
A minimum of 7 days' notice is required to process refunds

5. Introductory Sessions

Complimentary introductory consultations (£0) cannot be refunded, as they are free consultations only.

6. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be refunded:

Downloaded or accessed educational materials
Sessions attended in full
Coaching services already delivered

8. Exceptional Circumstances

If you encounter significant hardship and wish to request an exception to this policy, please contact us at info@motioneartheco.world to discuss your situation.

9. Service Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our coaching. If you are unsatisfied with your first session, let us know within 7 days, and we will work with you to address concerns or offer to reschedule with a different coach if available.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to current clients via email.
